The Red Phone

Can I Screen Your Call Please?
We believe that too many clients call law firms to talk about their injuries or other legal problems, and too often are speaking to receptionists, case administrators or secretaries rather than the lawyers. The cases are getting screened and good cases are getting lost. Lawyers are known for not returning phone calls.
Many of our current cases come from clients who could not speak to a lawyer right away until they called us. One case, we settled for 1.25 Million Dollars. Clients have immediate questions, and they needed immediate answers. Our red phone lets clients know that we are there for them. Our red phone lets client know that we can provide answers and provide help when clients need it, and we do not avoid telephone calls.
Our Rule #1:
No Screening Telephone Calls.
There is no screening telephone calls at our office. You should never have to give your name or purpose of the call to speak to a lawyer at our Pittsburgh law firm. The purpose of your call should not matter and we try diligently to take all calls and to provide help. We publish our direct office lines on this site. Shawn T. Flaherty, Esq.: (412.802.8366) office, Noah Paul Fardo, Esq.: (412.802.7080). Calls are forwarded to our cell phones after business hours. If you want to speak to us, you will.
Our Rule #2:
It is your money, not ours.
Lawsuits are about money. If you are injured, you need to keep as much money as possible in your pocket. The same is true if you or your business is owed money. You need to be able to collect, without losing more money. Our clients appreciate us being available and not having to worry about charging for 5 minute phone calls. By being accessible, and always fair has been good business. The Red Phone is a symbol of that good business. It means that we are available and always fair.
