Attorney Jaclyn M. DiPaola joined the firm as an attorney after becoming admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2016. She became a partner at Flaherty Fardo Rogel & Amick in 2021. She specializes in debt collection cases, and also assists in personal injury and medical malpractice actions.
Jaclyn began working as an associate at Flaherty Fardo Rogel & Amick, LLC since 2016, when she became admitted to the Pennsylvania bar. In 2021, she became a partner.
She began her career focusing her practice on various aspects of civil litigation; but now focuses on debt collection and contract issues, primarily representing creditors. She represents both large scale corporations and individuals who are owed money. She helps in all stages of the process; from filing a Complaint in Civil Action, to obtaining a judgment against the debtor(s), to collecting on that judgment. She has helped her clients recover hundreds of thousands of dollars. Jaclyn also assists in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, where she represents the victims. Jaclyn practices in all 67 counties of Pennsylvania and enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level.
Jaclyn was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. She currently lives in Butler County with her husband and two children.
When not working, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her children, reading, hiking, and all things Penn State.
